Letter of promotion

Ministry of Education, Science, Youth and Sports of Ukraine by its official letter dated 04/14/2011 asked university chancellors of Ukrainian higher educational institutions of III-IV accreditation levels to inform students and Ph.D. students about the 3^rd International Youth Science Festival "Litteris Et Artibus", particularly about the conference "Engineering Mechanics & Transport 2011" (EMT-2011).
